چکیده
Abstract The increasing demand for agricultural products can be met by maximizing production potential and reducing crop losses caused common plant-parasitic nematodes. Chemical-based nematode management is a successful technique mitigating damage yield pests; however, inappropriate irresponsible application of synthetic pesticides has negative impacts on fauna, bioflora, natural enemies such as predators parasites. use biocontrol agents the most appreciated method control among farmers because it’s safe reduces environmental pollution. There focus biological nematodes using plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) biopesticide. Moreover, PGPR strains promote growth producing various secondary metabolites these PGPRs. This review focuses direct (Nitrogen fixation, phytohormone formation, phosphate solubilization, Potassium siderophores ammonia production) indirect mechanisms (Hyperparasitism, antibiosis, lytic enzyme production, induced systemic resistance) action in management, future prospects PGPR-based agents.

Plant growth promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR): a review
Soil microbial communities are often difficult to characterize, mainly because of their immense phenotypic and genotypic diversity. In the last ten years, a number of PGPR that have been identified has seen a great boost, mainly because the role of the rhizosphere as an ecological unit has gained importance in the functioning of the biosphere and also because mechanisms of action of PGPR have b...
متن کاملPlant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR): emergence in agriculture.
Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are the rhizosphere bacteria that can enhance plant growth by a wide variety of mechanisms like phosphate solubilization, siderophore production, biological nitrogen fixation, rhizosphere engineering, production of 1-Aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase (ACC), quorum sensing (QS) signal interference and inhibition of biofilm formation, phytohormo...
متن کاملPlant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR): Their potential as antagonists and biocontrol agents
Bacteria that colonize plant roots and promote plant growth are referred to as plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR). PGPR are highly diverse and in this review we focus on rhizobacteria as biocontrol agents. Their effects can occur via local antagonism to soil-borne pathogens or by induction of systemic resistance against pathogens throughout the entire plant. Several substances produced...
متن کاملEvaluation of some Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) to Control Pythium aphanidermatum in Cucumber Plants
Twenty isolates of bacteria were successfully isolated from rhizosphere soil samples collected from different plant species growing at various locations in North Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to investigate their effects on Cucumis sativus L. cv. Marketmore growth and damping-off disease caused by Pythium aphanidermatum. The results of dual culture method showed that only three isolates out of twenty, w...

Heterodera glycines, the soybean cyst nematode, is the most economically important plant-parasitic nematode on soybean production in the U.S. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the potential of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) strains for mortality of H. glycines J2 in vitro and for reducing nematode population density on soybean in greenhouse, microplot, and field trials....
